Get to talk about cars a day.

Cons

Cheap company that doesn't give a hoot about any of its employees. Terrible management team in head office and even worse management at store level. Most people that run partsource including the store managers know very little about the automotive world. Decisions are based off of money and not service. We understand that money does matter but service is more important. When it takes over 2 hours for a customer to receive parts they ordered because stores try to save $50 by cutting driver hours. The customer is going to order from somewhere else.

Pros

I've been working here 4 months so far. Love it! You get recognized for extra work, and get rewarded for it!

Cons

Having to push a product on customers, because if you don't you get a bad review from head office.

Do not pay well, unstable work environment. Use and abuse employees who are willing to go the extra mile to get ahead but in turn they never get ahead
