    Pros

    I've been working here 4 months so far. Love it! You get recognized for extra work, and get rewarded for it!

    Cons

    Having to push a product on customers, because if you don't you get a bad review from head office.

    Pros

    Great discount on some parts that's only if you need them.

    Cons

    Turnover is way too high at all levels of company. Especially senior management. No real culture or training programs in place. Everything is very micromanaged.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing favorites!

    Fast paced work environment, keeps things interesting and different.

    Cons

    Open everyday of the week. Be prepared to work weekends.

    It is fast pace, friendly staff and clientele were nice.

    Cons

    Some issues were with upper management in another province.

    Try to take the advice from head office and revamp it to work in your own province.

    Good benefits package and good training

    Cons

    Do not pay well, unstable work environment. Use and abuse employees who are willing to go the extra mile to get ahead but in turn they never get ahead

    Pay your workers what they are worth not by title

    Great staff other than managment. Annual carshow is fun sometimes

    Cons

    Long hours, low pay, excessive workload,treated like a robot, false promises from management. Told tp fmdo things one way then diciplined and told that's the wrong way.

    LISTEN TO YOUR FRONT LINE STAFF! WE DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMER BASE DAILY! WE KNOW WHAT THEY WANT BECAUSE WE HAVE TO LISTEN TO HOW DISPLEASED THEY ARE WITH OUR POLICY CHANGES AND PROCEDULE CHANGES EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! You are doing your company a diservice by ignoring your customers. Front line staff doesnt complain because they don't like doing their jobs they complain because the customer is dissatisfied with the company and they have to hear about it from every regular customer that walks in!
