      They get you the leads.

      Cons

      they dont pay your commisions correctly and when you leave if you are owed money they will not pay you absolute crook for an owner that acts christian but is just a con man!

      There are no pros working at this company

      All commission. Management puts 100% of the blame on their sales reps. Reading through what this company has responded to the negative reviews with is absolutely repulsive. Literally cringe worthy. I found a new company that values my efforts and time and Ive never been happier! Its also base+commission and Im making much more just in my base than I was working at PB.

      - It seemed like a good gig at interview but really bad organization that can't meet their promises. I only wanted what was promised nothing more.

      Cons

      - Don't meet standards they promise - Uncertain hours - No confirmed appointments - You will kill your personal vehicle on gas/mileage with no compensation - Rude management

      We find it comical that you are complaining about leads WE provided you for free! No other sales companies provide their representative with FREE leads. We have a confirmation department that confirms every lead before we give them to our sales department. We understand that this job is not for everyone and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
