      Pros

      At first, I was a bit hesitant to work with a Mexican recruitment company. But I decided to give Parallel Staff a shot, and I’m glad I did. It’s amazing what they’ve built here, and they use top-notch practices for a staffing firm. This company makes me proud to be Mexican, and I’m sure they’re destined for great things.

      Cons

      It's a pretty corporate setup. But remember, they work with corporate clients, so they need that structure to fit in with their clients' systems.

      - Easy and clear recruiting process and follow up. - Complete and informative Onboarding (No need to guess where you at in any situation) - Remote work but all personnel and clients open to share and focused to work and improve (Healthful work environment) - Compensation and benefits are competitive and well stablished according to each position and workload. - Payments on time - Quick and extremely helpful resolution of any doubt or situation you may need attention with.
