Very old company culture, management is old and forgetful Outdated technology, no resources Departments do not communicate with each other Stressful work environment Little advancement opportunities Management blames everyone else, no accountability Sales are declining No ergonical workstations, won’t spend money on them. Parking lots are dangerous

Pros

Colleagues are for the most part, great to get along with, great sounding product, good employee discount, flex hours were available.

Cons

No room for advancement, lots of empty promises, tiny pay raises if any, not even cost of living yearly. HR sides with managers always, never with the employees or their best interests. Salary is below the pay grade. Managers tell you to do something one way, then after completed, it is wrong. Managers also put down employees.
