Pros

Working remotely felt like an advantage at first. I didn't realize that it would turn into a disadvantage so quickly.

Cons

The pay was painfully low. It fell far below what other companies in the same industry offer. Leadershipo showed no effort to understand fair compensation and remained completely out of touch with what employees deserved. Career growth was nearly nonexistent, with a small company that showed no real progress. Beware!

Pros

The brand and product design are creative and widely recognized.

Cons

Working behind the scenes revealed how inconsistent internal coordination could be. Tasks frequently started with one set of expectations and then changed halfway through. Communication between teams sometimes arrived too late to prevent delays. That created unnecessary frustrated trying to keep projects moving forward. The products feels polished to customers, but the internal workflow often felt anything but polished.
