Pros

Working for Pacify is about the most rewarding professional experience you can have. The entire team is focused on improving the health and well-being of new mothers and their babies and it's clearly working. The providers that work for Pacify are the most kind, caring and passionate healthcare providers around. The Pacify team has a great sense of humor, which makes the work that much more enjoyable.

Cons

It's a start-up. You have to roll up your sleeves and take on responsibilities you may not otherwise want to, but it's essential to keep the company moving forward. Working remotely can be very lonely at times. Meetings are sometimes too long.

Top heavy, fast-paced company

Pros

Remote work, professional development opportunities

Cons

The org is very top heavy. There are more executives than workers and leadership doesn't seem to acknowledge or consult the employees that are doing the work. Many internal processes are inefficient and poorly managed. Leadership relies entirely on the employees to make the engine run. The company is way too short in stature to have so many executives barking orders down without doing any real work. Many employees end up having an unrealistic workload because of it.

Poor leadership

Pros

Original team members are genuine and very caring.

Cons

New leadership is extremely difficult to work with. Terrible management skills and lack of personality. Changing the culture of Pacify tremendously. Worst environment I’ve ever worked in. Zero job security. Business model and direction changing constantly. President runs the company with no previous experience as President and is it only for herself, has no ability to truly lead a team, much less company.
