Make sure ur ro personally like u and your life will be easy. Good news is that these toxic cultures are the ones which will shape you to be a better leader in your future- prepare you to not be like them

Cons

The worst kind of cliquish gossip mongers toxic environment esp mcc and sso. Lecturers are mostly of low academic calibre - some cannot even speak good English. Even their director levels have poor communication and public speaking skills - cmi English. Definitely not an inclusive working environment to thrive. Forget it
