We would also like to clarify that our lecturers are appointed based on established qualification and experience requirements and undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure they meet the academic and professional standards expected by the institution.
PSB Academy does not condone gossip, bullying, or any form of unprofessional conduct. We take such matters seriously and encourage employees to raise concerns through the appropriate channels so they can be reviewed and addressed fairly and appropriately.
We are also committed to maintaining a culture of transparency and open communication. Employees have access to multiple channels to share feedback, raise concerns, and engage with management, including engagement surveys, town halls, regular team discussions, skip-level conversations, and direct access to HR.
