      1.The company consistently paid salaries on time. 2.The workplace has a beautiful setup.

      1.Compensation was lower than the industry average for similar roles and responsibilities. 2.Poor job security. 3.Useless to hope for an increment. 4.Very poor work-life balance, as employees have to work on weekends too. 5.Management pressures new joinees to give positive reviews. 6.​No matter how honest you are or how good your work is, you have no value unless you flatter high-level management or help them with personal favors.
