      Pros

      The shop has some really great people to work with, long standing people that you can't beat the experience of. The company has been through some financial troubles and most of these guys have stuck it out through thick and thin.

      Cons

      The hierarchy of the company is skewed. Not only do they constantly get rid of employees in waves of people, the have their current employees absorb the jobs that are left. Every employee has two, three, even four persons positions, because they let go of the other personnel. They wont allow employees to be left alone in their work spaces because they don't trust them to be efficient. It's ran as if it was a daycare, nap time not included.

      “Piss Poor Management”

      Pros

      Some of the guys & Foreman are cool. HR/hiring process is nice. Paid time off and insurance is great.

      Cons

      Drama and politics are out of control-CEO is clueless to anything that happens or how things operate in the shop. there aren’t enough machines or proper equipment to do the job you are supposed to do, “but you better hurry up and get it done with perfect quality!” Parts are always lost/jobs are all over the place. poor morale, promised overtime that didn’t happen... Can’t trust people in the shop, very two faced, the leads play favorites and will throw you under the bus if you pose any threat.. i was told my first week to watch who I listened to because some of the guys will give you bad advice to make you look bad... Who does that? if you care about the work you do this company is exhausting and frustrating to work for.

      Some very good hard working people who have been there a long time.

      Cons

      Fear rules the day. Leadership intimidates people instead of understanding that people will outperform when they feel appreciated.
