“Piss Poor Management” - Welder/Fabricator PPM Technologies Employee Review

Drama and politics are out of control-CEO is clueless to anything that happens or how things operate in the shop. there aren’t enough machines or proper equipment to do the job you are supposed to do, “but you better hurry up and get it done with perfect quality!” Parts are always lost/jobs are all over the place. poor morale, promised overtime that didn’t happen... Can’t trust people in the shop, very two faced, the leads play favorites and will throw you under the bus if you pose any threat.. i was told my first week to watch who I listened to because some of the guys will give you bad advice to make you look bad... Who does that? if you care about the work you do this company is exhausting and frustrating to work for.
