      No clarity of vision, weak appreciation of local staff that's working too hard.

      Pros

      Good young local team to work with and to have as excellent friends. Company benefits better than Serbian average, wages regular and on time.

      Cons

      Pretty much of a mass, long hours, normally up to 12 a day and sometimes even more, no time for home life. All this not payed AT ALL or even remembered as a reason for any promotion or hardly salary raze, as there is no HR dept and no staff evaluation, no EPRs. Constant work change and staff on their own that gives a feel of uncertainty. No local staff in any managerial position, especially for official company representing and right for signing documents. Austrian shuttle management sent to Belgrade. There is not any significant construction project in the close future after Sava Bridge, which makes local company life very much uncertain.
