      Pros

      I have had experience with some wonderful managers who have honed in on my skill sets and interests, and allowed me to further expand them.

      Cons

      Upper management is working on "fixing inefficiencies" from the top down. A style that does not necessarily produce effective change to processes. Instead, an influx of non-billable employees have been brought on. No follow-through on a full scale program by program audit.
