They actually encourage teachers to bloom as long as one's intent is student-centered and inline with the mission and vision of the school.
Cons
For people in pursuit of a professional and peaceful environment, it may be difficult to thrive here. There is some toxicity that exists amongst colleagues that can turn ugly at times. However, administrators and support staff out wonderful. As long as one stays away for negativity, it is a place where growth is possible and welcome.
