This organization provides training and resources for teachers to expand their wealth of knowledge and excel in their craft. The administration promotes creative freedom in the classroom. They actually encourage teachers to bloom as long as one's intent is student-centered and inline with the mission and vision of the school.

For people in pursuit of a professional and peaceful environment, it may be difficult to thrive here. There is some toxicity that exists amongst colleagues that can turn ugly at times. However, administrators and support staff out wonderful. As long as one stays away for negativity, it is a place where growth is possible and welcome.

The students coming through PATH Academy are fantastic. Many of the teachers are full of innovative ideas and want what is best for the children.

Leadership is not supportive, often misplaces blame, and is unpredictable. Makes for a staff that cannot genuinely express concerns or question practices.
