      This Place SUCKS!!

      Pros

      You work in a remote environment and have flexibility over your time management, but this is the Worst Job I've ever had.

      Cons

      Leadership is TERRIBLE. upper management actually has no clue what they're doing. They've hired managers that are completely incompetent, making frantic decisions and looking down on you if you disagree. This place has a bullying culture, and don't give a crap if you bring your concerns up. They claim to be standing for "humanity" but some of the bully managers treat their staff inhumanely.

      There are zero pros for working at this company

      Cons

      Startup that never started up. Hired 30 account managers with no product to sell. Continually lied to us for months before letting us all go with essentially zero severance.

      Remote position with immediate eligibility for health insurance. Provided valuable professional connections with hard-working and inspired individuals.

      Cons

      The most dysfunctional work environment I have ever been part of. You will see PAMEE directors replying to critical reviews here, blaming complaints from former employee on the company being a start-up. That excuse only goes so far... the senior leadership is manic, delusional, insufferable and the absolute worst part of PAMEE. If you are an intelligent, self-respecting person do not give this company any further consideration -- You are selling yourself short.
