Pros
Greetings and Blessings to all. Andrena is a great mentor, CEO, supervisor, role model, and Vessel for those who want to make a significant impact on their career as well as the businesses served. It was a great experience for me to learn the basics of developing a small business and grow professionally. There is also great teamwork encouragement.
Cons
From my experience, there is poor communication and team engagement. It is encouraged but not enforced during my time there. No benefits.

If you're looking for a great company with a warm culture, P.E.R.K. Consulting it is! The management is invested in creating opportunities for growth, and you'll find that their core values of Passion, Experience, Relevance and Knowledge is evident in everything the company does.
Cons
The company is still in the start-up phase, and the access to internal resources can be limited.
