      Pros

      Company values are awesome! If you have a good manager, you have one of the good ones.

      Cons

      Some departments have more perks than others, depending on the manager. (Work from home, birthdays off, work seminars, swag, etc). Salary should be merit-based, not increased on a percentage that the company makes and then assigns each department. There are some employees that don’t even do their job, they socialize all day long.
