      Pros

      * Great leadership! They genuinely care for their staff and believe deeply in the work being done * Everyone is so kind! Each person is always so willing to hop in and help out * Everyone genuinely cares for the students and work we're all doing * Although it's a remote environment, the team does a great job of fostering a sense of unity and community

      Pros

      Remote most of the year, which is convenient. Leadership actually means it when they say they want work to fit into your life, not take it over. It's not just lip service. Since it's a newer company, you get to actually shape things rather than just follow a playbook someone wrote twenty years ago. There's real ownership in the work.

      Cons

      Remote is great but can feel a bit isolating if you're someone who needs regular in-person time with coworkers. We make it work virtually & with bi-annual offsite.
