Working at Outset has been such a rewarding experience. The whole team cares deeply about giving students the best possible experience and helping them figure out if a career in medicine is right for them. Seeing students grow and envisioning their future impact on medicine is really motivating! There’s also a lot of room to be creative and take ownership of your work. The async communication style and light meeting culture make it easy to stay productive. The team is also awesome and team offsites are a blast.

The summer season (and the months leading up to it) can get pretty intense - it’s definitely the busiest time of year. But the team gets a real break after summer, which makes a big difference.
