      Pay isn’t bad for the work

      They won’t hire you if you have a pre existing medical condition, which is illegal, assuming you can perform the duties of the job with/without reasonable accommodation. Also steals time from employees by refusing to pay them before they arrive at the job site, only the driver gets paid, even though you met at storage and organized the van for a half an hour, then rode in the van for a half an hour, it adds up. Also there are no breaks, and no lunch, you are expected to snack in the van between jobs.

      Disorganized and toxic! Avoid! No matter how hard you try you will fail because it is structured to get owner through the season and then you will be looking for another job.

      Not one good thing to say about them.
