-The communication was clear and professional. -The hiring team responded within a reasonable timeframe and provided updates regarding the application status.
Cons
During the early stage of the recruitment process, applicants were required to submit sensitive personal documents, including an NBI clearance. Providing confidential documents without clear progression in the hiring process felt premature and concerning. This may create unnecessary risk and added expense for candidates who are not yet shortlisted or guaranteed advancement.
