Interesting concept Somewhat decent pay CEO is very nice
Cons
Zero concept of budget, Jumping from one project to another without any consideration for testing or launch time, Trying to change to a software company before any software has been created, Exec team does not take input from rest of staff.

Good salary, generous PTO, respect home-life balance, employees encouraged to stretch themselves and learn new skill sets, skilled employees
Cons
Passive-aggressive owner who makes client/timeline promises without consulting staff, owner doesn't listen to staff or their recommendations, history of fast growth/multiple downsizings, unaccountable executives, no warning of downsizing (come in to work, immediately told to pack up), some longtime employees are dead weight, good enough is good enough, late paychecks, must mind-read management, executives play favorites, pro-male environment
