Interview
Meet with other advisors for first round of interview process, if you pass you will meet with the CEO. If you pass this, you will likely be asked to visit for a trial day / week.
Met with 3 company leaders over two separate interviews. They had very specific questions that were relevant and informed. My portfolio was part of the process as was my history of work.
