Pros
Trusting with new and young employees. Great company to grow within. Some good products to get behind.
Cons
Not enough pay for any employees. The Boss does very well, and all his children work for him and make good salaries. The folks running the company are not paid well. There is some sour attitudes in the office, you have to tread carefully, especially around the women who have been underpaid the longest.
