CFO called me an animal because I was big strong and scary... (I'm a 5ft 100 pound black woman.) There is: Zero Brand identity, Zero Budget and Zero room flexibility on said brand identity, Clear bias for white employees. Everything must be approved by the CEO who is out of office 80% of the week and dealing with contracts another 18%. Simple projects take months because they are frequently put on the backburner.
