      - An extremely autonomous and flexible schedule - Supportive team - Allows you to take ownership of your position deciding how and when to fulfill your tasks, no micro management - Great career path options since it is a small team it allows you to grow in many directions.

      Cons

      - Can get quite stressful since taking ownership also means to take responsibility.

      Everyone at Orderlion is always ready to help from teammates to the leadership team. The management is supportive and available whenever you need guidance. There’s also a great sense of trust and freedom: you have the autonomy to organize your work and take initiative, which makes it a really positive and empowering environment.

      Fully remote employer. Values are authentically lived and emphasized by leadership. High standards expected, ambitious team. Regular team offsites manage to build great atmosphere and motivation within team. Customer-focused and user-centric product development. Lean team and lean and pragmatic work ethics.

      Cons

      Not an actual con, but high expectations regarding performance in autonomous work conditions might not fit to everyone‘s working style. For the ones, who thrive in this environment, this is a pro.
