Pros

My coworkers were genuine and helpful.

Cons

Owner is out of touch with the human race. The company as a whole is statistically driven (big brother is always listening) and holds way too many unnecessary meetings to discuss those stats. Constantly revising policies and sales goals to benefit the company and "loyalty" is not a term to be used lightly about this company. There is none, no matter your level of commitment.

Pros

Overnight shifts available, pay rate is decent for a call center. They hire just about anyone and then fire those who don’t excel quickly.

Cons

Management treats employees like children. There’s huge issues with upper management and the owner plays favorites which causes animosity between managers. They will write you up for being 30 seconds late when they fail to unlock the door for you, and then use those write ups to fire you. They will fire you for just about any reason because they view employees as a dime a dozen. Everyone is expendable. Unless the manager needs a ride home, then of course you get to stay until they figure out transportation to and from Work, then they’ll fire you. Place is full of meth heads and tweakers and managers have gambling problems that are openly discussed with employees. They’re basically a second party to place your room Service order. They take that order and place it with a local restaurant and then charge double the price of the restaurant. But if the restaurant makes a mistake on an order, (even though the lines are recorded and the mistakes can be traced back to whomever messed up) they always side with the restaurant (partner) and blame the employee. Yet another reason to write you up!
