      Pros

      -Fun environment. -Flat management. -Flexible hours ( 8:30 am : 9:30 am ) -Management are open to the new Ideas (though very very slow at implementing change). -big projects with big clients ( they are marketing outside egypt ATM )

      Cons

      -Low salaries. -no benefits. -unfair overtime plan ( as you will work more than 50h a week ). -9h.10mins official working hours per day ( including 1h,10mins Break ). -putting blame on others. -No planing for the tasks. -Urgent popups tasks that appears suddenly every day( that force you to stay after working hours). - no seniors or technical leads. ( but they will expect senior level quality of code )

      You'll meet good people there encourages you to go find yourself a better place.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies to work for, it's not even a "company". Just a bunch of people running a small business that has never grown since 2007. • No respect, no values, and no leadership as its a one-man rule policy. • A world record turnover rate. "Don't be fooled by the good reviews it's not written by the employees"
