There are zero pro's of working for Orano

Cons

Orano has an awful work environment and the staff are underpaid. You show up to work, put in your 8 hours and leave. Socializing and talking to your co workers during working hours is not allowed and upper management are all micro managers.

Most of the staff is wonderful.

Cons

HR was horrible. I brought forward that my boss was harassing me multiple times, and there was no follow up or investigation. They let me go instead of protecting me from that creep.
