Pros

Management genuinely cares about how you're doing and your progress Strong female leadership "Can do" and "How can we improve" attitude all around Awesome benefits for a small company

Cons

No major cons. Position didn't align with the growth I had in mind Small company that is slowly growing (could be a con as there weren't much opportunities to explore within operations team)

Pros

Direct care staff stick together, people seem to be trying but it's not good enough.

Cons

Horrible communication from and lack of ABA knowledge from COO and CEO. Direction, clear communication, and high ABA standards lost since ABA director resigned from her position. Time to look for work elsewhere.

Nothing is good about this place!

Cons

The CEO does not manage intelligently, he leads with fear and honesty everyone can read right through it. The directors mean good but they are not intelligent either, bless their heart.
