I spend a good chunk of my week working with the self healing automation engine and the agentic AI modules - the tech is genuinely exciting and forces you to think like a problem solver, not just a scripter. What makes it all click though is the people, my team never hesitates to jump on a call to debug something together, and the recognition culture means even a small breakthrough gets acknowledged openly. I have grown more here in a year than I did in three elsewhere, both technically and as a professional who can hold a client conversation confidently.

Cons

A sharp tech environment and a very supportive team but a few dedicated innovation days or internal hackathons would be the perfect creative outlet.
