      Good company for Product development

      Pros

      Good tech stack, product development still going on. Amdocs acquisition didn’t kill the product dev teams in Ireland yet but in progress work.

      Cons

      Amdocs acquisition changing company culture from medium sized company to a big corp, bonuses are going extinct and promotions are very rare.

      Pros

      Some divisions like R&D are very good work wise and work life balance wise but customer centric divisions are not. Salary given might be in mid range of what market offers but amount of work expected is alot more than anywhere else in Industry.

      Cons

      Depending upond which division or client you work for your work experience differs alot. Its global support division is short of exploitative in terms of work load and prefers to bring peopl on Work Permit so that they can be paid less and can be asked to work more hours without proper Bonuses or compensation for on call work.

      Smart and friendly people in an international organisation. Flat hierarchy means management are open helpful and approachable. A Progressive learning environment

      Cons

      Challenging sales environment in general means that growth is hard fought and progress is slow and painful. Products could be more market ready out of the box.
