Pros

It is a great opportunity to have a real impact on the uptake of solar around the world. Many opportunities to grow own skills as well as grow the solar industry.

Cons

There can be times when work would not finish until very late. Can be stressful working in a team where the ambitions are sometimes bigger than the team itself.

Pros

Good culture and OpenDay is really great for work life balance.

Cons

Onboarding is not good. Started working with no real guidance where to start. Started working on tickets then suddenly need to process leads then send email to partners without even considering if someone is already comfortable with the product. There’s no feedback or 1:1 with manager. You will just know you already have bad feedback with the HR without me knowing. Even teammates don’t share feedback. They will just give you a not good feedback without any context.
