      Pros

      Great work-life balance, flexibility in every sense of the word (possibilities to choose number of work hours), friendly atmosphere, nice project and immediate feedback from users.

      Pros

      - Great team spirit. A wonderful collection of knowledgeable, hard-working people from all around the world who treat each other with respect - Open Source really is part of the company identity. Both in terms of tools used and mindset. - Regular company retreats to work on certain topics or just get together as a team

      Cons

      - Sometimes decisions aren’t as transparent as they could be (although a lot of effort goes into this already)
