Great professional team and good company
Pros
- The knowledge and capabilities of the teams are great. Hard working colleagues that know how to solve problems and give productive feedback. - Fully remote and great flexible work time that allows a really good work-live balance. - You work 100% remote but you don't feel disconnected from the team. The people is open and great to have an informal chat with. Also there is team events every year so you get to know the people in person. - Open source product and values. Working on a product that have this values behind is a great option. - The product is alive and in constant improvement and development, so it is really easy to see the results of your work live. - Small and "familiar" company where you feel welcomed from day one. - The salaries and benefits are good.
Cons
- Communication and decision processes can be improved. - Sometimes a lack of knowledge or constantly changing about the roadmap. - Still not 100% a user first software, but going into that direction.
