Pros

Some genuinely talented and supportive people across the teams. Opportunity to work on large-scale global events and gain experience quickly. Fast-paced environment can accelerate learning and problem-solving skills.

Cons

Operational teams were frequently stretched too thin for the volume and pace of work expected. Long hours and constant pressure often felt normalized rather than exceptional. There was a noticeable disconnect between leadership messaging and the day-to-day realities faced by staff delivering projects. Support structures and resource planning did not always keep pace with company growth, which appeared to contribute to morale and retention challenges.
