      Pros

      You get to work with some really nice, smart people who want to make a positive difference to the world.

      Cons

      The toxic, clueless and self-serving leadership have created an environment that will make you dread coming to work. There's also a fair chance you'll be ejected from the company within your first two years simply because it's the only way they can deal with the failing culture they've created. You can do better than this.

      Cons

      A lot of work and high expectations, which means people are good at what they do and there are a lot of opportunities for growth. This isn't a place to coast.
