Pros

Management is available to talk about claims questions. There are a lot of different forums to bring claims to for different things.

Cons

There are a lot of different forums to bring claims to for different things. A few are mandatory before making a decision, which doesn't help the confidence of their examiners. Any new task / function / feature is automatically put on examiners and/or TLs. Examiners are responsible for * a lot * and the pay doesn't always reflect this.

Pros

One of the better companies I’ve worked for. My experience so far has been really great managers & directors. My team has also been great with training and overall collaboration. Anytime I’ve worked with other teams or departments I’ve also had very positive experiences. It’s a hybrid work schedule on site/remote.

Cons

I think they could pay a little more
