Too much to try to keep up with.

Pros

Co workers are the best and everyone tries to shate the work load evenly. You are encouraged to take pto.....

Cons

The workload is impossible. You can be looking at up to 50 new cases a day plus having to keep up with your current cases and phones calls when typically come at a very steady pace.

The people overall were great to work with. There were some confusions on tech integrations, but it was the beginning phase.

Cons

There was a point when management changed, and some unfortunate employees were hired that didn't work well for the overall vision. I ended up going through a major burnout.

Great mission and work being done at the company. The clinical side is very patient-centric. Great collaboration and culture within my team despite the fully remote environment.
