      Be ready to be micromanaged and work always under extreme pressure

      Pros

      Remote work from everywhere in the world. Nice colleagues.

      Cons

      They will squeeze you during your provisional period where you don't have any freedom to try to do things other way. If something goes wrong due to the instruction they give you, you will take the blame. You won't have time to take your holidays because you will always be extremely busy. Your priorities will change incredibly fast. Everything must be done yesterday (if you know what I mean). Everyday you will lose your time with endless meetings where you will hear someone telling you how to do exactly everything and pointing out all your mistakes in front of the rest of the team.

      Truely remote company Great co-workers Paid on time.

      Cons

      Way too disorganized. High turnover. No room for growth. No plan in that sense. Runs like a dictatorship. Don't bother suggesting anything. Ever. You will feel like a cog in a machine. Drone-ish. Way too much work per person leading to conflicts.

      Engineers from very diverse background, payment on time, cool benefits sometimes.

      Cons

      If you’re hoping to grow in a technically competent, forward-thinking environment: look elsewhere. The leadership here operates like a relic from a bygone era: authoritarian, opaque, and often baffling. Despite talented individuals doing great work, there’s a constant atmosphere of fear and blame. It doesn’t matter how competent or committed you are someone always has to be the scapegoat. It feels less like a modern company and more like a case study in Soviet-style management, where politics trump merit, and decisions are made to preserve hierarchy, not progress.
