      Pros

      Omega is providing an excellent training to employees and fair amount of salary by every month end itself and growth opportunities when surpassing the required tenure. Leadership skills training and future leader's program are all an added advantage. PBQMI & Incentive program and yearly KRA for Managers & above. Totally, Omega is nice place to work, learn, grow ourselves for a long term.

      Cons

      At present, I don't feel any negative points about Omega Health care.
