      Plenty of overtime and PTO.

      Cons

      Low pay. Poor management Terrible schedules Almost no 2-day weekends Hard to get PTO approved Upper management is demeaning and apathetic.

      TERRIBLE PAY, no commission, no growth, work on Saturdays and Sundays, micro management, big turn over rate, CEO and executives don't even say hi to their employers
