Possibility of being micro-managed. Working on weekends. The shifts can be 8:45-5:30, 12:15-9:00.

Plenty of overtime and PTO.

Low pay. Poor management Terrible schedules Almost no 2-day weekends Hard to get PTO approved Upper management is demeaning and apathetic.
