Most workers are friendly and help you as management doesn’t

Cons

management does not consider thoughts of workers very stressful environment to work in because of the demand management puts on its workers. HR thinks they run the show. Management Sees this but they don’t have the guts to do anything. Obayashi removed their representatives and now Kenaidan thinks they can do anything.
