      Warm environment, really talented team of people who genuinely care about our customers, our brand, and each other. Feel empowered to innovate and try new things. Excellent culture, very organic, highly engaged work environment of people who love coming to work and doing our best for OVO. Flexibility which allows for work/life balance

      - Excellent pay, especially on weekends and public holidays! - Other staff are friendly and easy to get along with. A great team! - Fair and reasonable working hours, especially for casual/part time employees (flexible around other schedules). - Fun work environment and atmosphere. Not stressful and care about their employees. Feels like a family.

      Cons

      - Workload can be a bit overwhelming in busy periods due to under staffing
