      Pros

      Good atmosphere in the office due to range of ages and nationalities. Range of snacks, coffees and Friday beers great. Great office location

      Cons

      Lack of trust and confidence in less experienced members of staff who are extremely competant Wages not particularly great for junior employees Long working hours and minimum holiday allowance (20 days per year!) Some (not all!) of the management are borderline delusional - there were many occasions where there was a lack of respect for the abilities of younger members of staff.

      Pros

      The CEO / founder and some people are lovely, location is great.

      Cons

      The work isn't innovative and the dev team are argumentative. No leadership or proper direction within the company, everything had a screen over it to make it seem great, but in reality it's stagnating and not progressing.
