      The pay is not great when compared to the market/competitors. Management is not showing concern about those who are leaving the company and gives higher salaries to newcomers.

      - Great people to work with - Lots of different technologies are being used in the products, and lots of learning opportunities - Hybrid work (2 days a week working from home), great office location

      - Management ignores concerns raised by the team - Chaotic project management, scope and priorities change every week - Salary below market average - Average benefits - More and more red tape to prove reliability, while the speed and agility of a small start-up are expected
