From day one at OLX, I’ve experienced a warm welcome and tremendous support. I truly feel that my success isn't just my own. I really appreciate the clear growth opportunities and the well-defined career path, especially for the individual contributor track. I’m also thrilled to be surrounded by people who challenge me and from whom I can learn so much.

Cons

The decentralized structure and split into CUs can be very confusing at first. All the analyses done so far have been siloed, tackling problems from the perspective of a specific category, with no look at the bigger picture. As a result, my onboarding is moving slower than I would have liked.
