Pros
This company used to have a good environment of innovation and continually developed their new products. IP is put in good priority. It collected many talented engineers, although a large portions of them left.
Cons
As the economy is getting tough, O2micro suffers. However, compared to the other corporations in this industry, O2micro goes too far and continually drop in performance since 2012. They have cut the majority of budgets for patents and are selling some of the departments.
